We offer same-day or next-day delivery for orders within Nairobi city limits. Orders placed before 2 PM on weekdays are typically delivered the same day, while orders placed after 2 PM are delivered the next business day.
Yes, we offer cash on delivery (COD) for orders within Nairobi. For orders outside Nairobi, payment is required in advance via M-Pesa, bank transfer, or card.
Yes, we guarantee 100% authentic Ugreen products. All our products are sourced from authorized distributors and come with official warranty. We do not sell counterfeit or fake products.
You can pay via M-Pesa using Lipa na M-Pesa. After placing your order, we will send you the M-Pesa paybill number and account number. You can also use the 'Buy Goods and Services' option with our till number.
Warranty periods vary by product type: Chargers and Hubs come with 18 months warranty, while Power Banks and Cables come with 12 months warranty. All warranty claims are handled locally in Kenya.
Shipping fees vary by location, typically KES 500–1,000. The fee is paid directly to the delivery agent upon arrival. Nairobi deliveries are at the lower end of that range.
Returns are accepted for damaged or defective products. You must report any issues within 72 hours of delivery. Contact us via WhatsApp or phone to initiate the return process.
