No appointment is needed — you can come in, buy over the counter, and leave with your item the same day.

By matatu, take any Westlands-bound matatu and alight at Westlands Market — we are in the block opposite, on the mezzanine level. By car, head for Woodvale Grove; parking is available around Woodvale Centre and along the grove.

Yes. Choose "Collect from our shop" at checkout instead of delivery and there is no delivery fee. We will call you on the number you provide once the order is ready, and you collect it at Woodvale Centre, Shops ML 46-48, Woodvale Grove, Westlands, Nairobi during opening hours.

Yes. Bring your device and you can confirm the charger wattage, test a hub on your own laptop, and inspect the packaging and serial to confirm the unit is genuine before you pay.
